Terms of service

The service
RoadReply is an AI assistant that reads and answers Turo guest messages for hosts who add our co-host account to their Turo hosting team. You decide which kinds of replies may be sent automatically. Everything else is drafted for you to review. You remain responsible for your listings, your trips and what is said to your guests, and for following Turo’s terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at support@roadreply.io if you think someone else has used your account. RoadReply never asks for your Turo password. You can remove our co-host account from your Turo hosting team at any time.
AI replies
The assistant answers only from the house rules and trip details you give it, but AI can make mistakes. Review drafts while in shadow mode, keep your house rules current, and pause the assistant at any time. Messages about money, damage, accidents and safety are always sent to you instead of being answered automatically.
Lockbox codes
If you store lockbox codes, they are sent only to booked guests after the checks you choose pass, and are never shared with the AI model. Keep the codes you store current, and change a code if you think it has been shared with someone who shouldn’t have it.
Fees
The price is $16.99 per vehicle per month. Shadow mode is free. Charges start the day your account goes live and are prorated by day for each car shared with us. Invoices are created on the 1st for the previous month and charged to your card on file. If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies.
Cancelling
You can remove cars or cancel any time. Charges stop the day a car is no longer shared with us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or Turo’s terms, or that goes unpaid.
Text message alerts
If you add a phone number for alerts, we send automated texts about your guests (for example when a guest needs you or a draft is waiting). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Turo
RoadReply is made by Rockit AI LLC and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Turo. We are not responsible for changes Turo makes to its platform that affect the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change applies. Using RoadReply after that means you accept the new terms.
